How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, send an email to:

Please include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line.

What Data Can Be Deleted

Panoramas & Reports Your device (local) Delete in app or uninstall the app
Google Drive Backups Your Google Drive Delete directly from your Google Drive
AI Training Data
(if you opted-in)		 Our servers (Cloudflare R2) Email us - we will delete within 30 days
Analytics Data Firebase Analytics Anonymized, cannot be linked to you

What Happens After Your Request

  1. We will confirm receipt of your request within 48 hours
  2. We will delete your AI training data (if any) within 30 days
  3. We will send you confirmation when deletion is complete

Most data in HorizonScan is stored locally on your device. You can delete it yourself:
